I believe therapy should feel like a space where you are understood, challenged, supported, and seen. The old, rigid model of psychotherapy often falls short. I draw from both the traditional psychoanalytic frameworks and contemporary, integrative approaches to ensure our work together feels meaningful and directly applicable to your life.
