Individual Therapy Session- 45 min 

Couples Counseling Session -  60 min 

Clinical Supervision Group -  60 min 

Clinical Supervision Group (Advanced) -  60 min

Insurance

At this time, I will provide a receipt for your records to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement. There are some health insurances that are providing coverage for mental health services and treatment with no out-of-pocket cost. Please contact your insurance carrier or employer for more information. Some other questions you may want to ask your insurance carrier:

 

• How many sessions will be covered under my current plan?

• Do I need prior approval from a primary care physician to start therapy?

• Does my insurance provide reimbursement or coverage for mental health services and treatment? 

• Where can I find the claim form to submit for reimbursement?

Payment

I accept all major credit cards with Paypal, Zelle and Vemon.

Reduction Fee

Sliding Scale Fees are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment and do not call within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged the rate of the session. You are only able to reschedule once for a First Time consultation.
