Rates and Insurance
Insurance & Out of Network
We accept both in-network insurance plans and out-of-network benefits. For clients using out-of-network coverage, I will provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
Many insurance plans offer partial or full coverage for mental health services, and some plans may cover therapy with little to no out-of-pocket cost. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance carrier or employer directly to confirm your benefits.
You may find it helpful to ask your insurance provider the following questions:
-
How many therapy sessions are covered under my current plan?
-
Do I need prior authorization or a referral from a primary care provider?
-
Does my plan cover or reimburse mental health services, including psychotherapy?
-
What is my out-of-network reimbursement rate?
-
Where can I access the claim form to submit for reimbursement?
If you have questions about insurance coverage or would like help understanding your benefits, please feel free to reach out.
